Commitment to Community Engagement

TOGA is committed to keeping our neighbours and other key groups informed and involved throughout every stage of the project. There will be various ways to get involved — including online feedback channels and community information and feedback sessions. We invite the local community to learn more about the project and share their thoughts.

How your feedback is used

Community feedback helps TOGA understand community priorities, aspirations and concerns. All feedback is considered and informs ongoing planning and design activities.

In response to feedback received to date updates have been made to our proposal in relation to traffic and access arrangements during and after construction.

Community Engagement to date

As part of our commitment to ongoing meaningful engagement with the community and key stakeholders, our project team has undertaken a range of communications and consultation activities to inform the development of the concept proposal, including:

distribution of project postcards

community information and feedback session

doorknock

meetings with site neighbours

telephone calls and emails.

These activities have provided opportunities for TOGA to share information, hear your feedback and enhance our understanding of what is most important to the community and other key groups when it comes to the redevelopment of our site.

TOGA thanks everyone that has participated in our engagement to date, your feedback and local insights help us refine our proposal.
